봉숭아 ~ Bong Soong A

If you are Korean or know a little 'more' about the Korean culture,
you'd know about this thousand-year-old tradition of nail dying
with the flower called Bong Soong A.
Korean girls thought that a girl could find her first love IF ...
after dying her nails with this flower and
the colour remained until the first snow of the season fell.

Cute, eh! ^^

Well, I never lived in Korea

... for more than 3 months straight ...

nor during the fall season,

but I've always wanted to die my nails with Bong Soong A.

Here in Brazil, you can't find this specific type of flower

... but hey... guess what!! Koreans have made my 'wish' come true!

I got it at a Korean stationery store!

a light shade of pink ... but I don't know what happened!
