10 Kg ... is it possible?!


So yeah, I've decided to take exercising as part of my weekly routine.
Last week I enROLLED myself into a fitness center called BIO RITMO.

They have a plan called Face2Face ...
where an instructor guides you through the excersises,
tells you the diet that's appropriate for my bodytype,
and they guarantee you that there should be some positive result
by the end of 45 days... or else, they give my money back!
(They must be serious about their offer, eh!)

The guy who interviewed me before doing all the 'paper work'
asked me what were my objectives for working out...
and the first thing that came to my mind was losing weight, of course!
As I mentioned in one of my older postings... I'm technically obese
and so, in order to get back into my 'normal' height-weight ratio,
I'd have to loose 10 kilos!!! BUAAAAAhhh...
Then I also told him that I wanted to have a flat tummy,
thinner arms, a defined waist line etc... ^^
I know it won't be easy ... but hey, I'm all excited about this.

Maaaan, I gotta confess that it's not cheap to get in shape!!
I spent over R$ 1000 ... well, its an investment, I guess~
So pleaaaaase, if you read this post
... say a little prayer everyday ...
so I can achieve my objective ~ 10 KILOS
I'd really appreciate it! ^^

ps. My first day is tomorrow!! (Sept. 30)
